Tanya first joined RLG in 1998 supporting and then leading the administration team until her departure in 2007. She returned to RLG in 2014 as our Global Payroll and Benefits Manager. With over 20 years career and leadership experience, Tanya has been instrumental to RLG’s current success in the ever-changing global operations and processes of employee benefit programs, people movement, HR and payroll implementation. She has spearheaded the delivery of complex HR projects and initiatives that positively impacts our business strategies, enhances HR practices, as well as improve the wellbeing of RLG employees. This a new position that will allow RLG to centralize many of our HR and Administrative functions under a single leader.
