In Operations and Maintenance:

  • We assess, quantify and pinpoint opportunity using our comprehensive Maintenance Excellence™ assessment and project implementation process.
  • We look at business profit drivers, asset performance data, and leading and lagging KPIs using both financial and operational data.
  • We evaluate 12 key process areas in the maintenance work flow and supporting functions. With scoring, comparison to benchmarks and clear actions, this creates the plan and sets the baseline.
