We are pleased to announce the appointment of Scott McKenzie as Vice President & Business Unit Leader. Scott joined RLG in 1996 working in the United Kingdom, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Slovakia, Kazakhstan, Germany, Australia, and the Netherlands assisting clients improve their business through their people.

Scott helped pioneer the application of RLG’s TMP^™ (Theoretical Maximum Performance) process and has become an expert in the application of TMP^™ in upstream, petrochemical, and refining operations. He successfully led large teams and has proven his ability to consistently deliver step change improvements for our clients in various industries. Scott, also worked as a Specialist within our Capability and Development team, where he led many complex assessments to help clients better understand their gaps and opportunities. In his role as Specialist, he played a key role in developing benchmarking data, capturing and sharing of best practices, and developing the capability of our teams in the field. Scott is regarded as an expert implementer, skilled facilitator, talented performance coach and leader within RLG.

In this new position, Scott will oversee RLG’s European Operations. He will be responsible for the ongoing partnerships with multinational clients, the quality implementation of our services, and the ongoing development of the capability of our European based teams.

Scott resides in Edinburgh, Scotland with his wife Fran and their son. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
