RLG International is pleased to announce that Mr. Ron Kiskis will serve as a member of the Executive Advisory Council. The Executive Advisory Council is a committee of senior executives who serve as product and service advisors from the upstream and downstream oil and gas, manufacturing, airline and aerospace industries.
Mr. Kiskis has over 40 years of industry experience in Chemicals, Refining and Marketing and Technology. Currently, Mr. Kiskis is an Independent Management Consultant focusing on the Oil & Gas and Chemicals industries, with specific expertise in the products area, e.g., fuels and lubricants and fuel and lubricant additives. He also assists business leaders and senior partners in professional services firms in enhancing both personal and organizational effectiveness through personal coaching as well as delivering learning and development programs focused on relationship mastery, trust-based selling, etc. He assists companies and business leaders in using advanced technology to drive improved business results. Mr. Kiskis also partners with private equity firms in the pursuit of target opportunities.
Mr. Kiskis spent his entire career with Chevron Corporation, joining Chevron Research Company as a chemist in 1974. After a series of technology management positions of increasing responsibility, Mr. Kiskis was appointed Group Manager of Fuels at Chevron Research and Technology Company in 1990. In 1991, he was appointed as President of Chevron Canada Ltd. and in 1993 he was appointed Vice President of Human Resources, Chevron Corporation; in 1995 he was concurrently appointed as Corporation Vice President, Health, Environment and Safety. In 1998, he was appointed Corporation Vice President of the Caspian Action Team which was responsible for all of Chevron’s business development activities in Russia and the CIS and in 1999, was appointed General Manager of Technology, Petrochemicals and Plastics Division at Chevron Chemical Company. In 2000, he was appointed President, Chevron Oronite Company, a global specialty chemical company which develops, manufactures and markets fuel and lubricant additives.
Mr. Kiskis earned a bachelor's degree in chemistry from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a Ph.D. in organic chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley.
He is a Member of the Advisory Board at DocuSign and serves as an Industry Advisor at Advent International.
