The 2018 Business Transformation and Operational Excellence Summit (based out of the UK) awards were presented on Wednesday evening in Orlando, Florida.  BTOES (http://btoes18.com) is an international consortium focused on advancing Operational Excellence practices and expertise.

RLG made the award finalist list for Operational Excellence in 4 categories, along-side Potash Corp, Bristol-Meyers Squibb, Cognizant Technology Solutions, E.ON, Cisco, IBM and several other companies.  RLG won the BTOES award for Achievement of Operational Excellence in Airlines and Transportation.

In partnership with American Airlines, the RLG Team implemented an 18-month full circle performance improvement project which yielded a 5:1 ROI.  American Airlines Tech Ops leadership engaged RLG to transform their Line Maintenance leadership practices in three key hubs – Dallas, Miami and Chicago.  The team of six RLG Coaches focused on Leadership coaching, building a new Operating Rhythm™, and teaching structured problem solving tools.
