RLG International is pleased to announce that Mr. Gary G. Yesavage will serve as a member of the Executive Advisory Council. The Executive Advisory Council is a committee of senior executives who serve as product and service advisors from the upstream and downstream oil and gas, aerospace manufacturing and airline industries.
Mr. Yesavage has 42 years of experience in the oil and chemicals industries. He most recently served as the President of Chevron Global Manufacturing. For seven years, he led the company's seven refineries and managed a team of 5,200 employees. Chevron U.S. refineries have a total capacity of 1 million barrels per day. Non-U.S. refineries including Asian Joint Venture refineries account for another 1.2 million barrels per day.
Since 2012, RLG has worked with Mr. Yesavage in seven refineries. The nature of this work involved improving turnaround predictability, capital project execution, and plant reliability leading to higher Solomon quartile results. During this work, Mr. Yesavage showed his passion about boardwalks, visibility of front line contribution, results and accountability.
Mr. Yesavage believes in helping others learn to lead large organizations through significant transformational change while strengthening their cultures, increasing employee engagement and deepening their bench with effective and values-based leaders.
