RLG announces new company president

RLG International, a global performance consulting leader, today announced the appointment of Brad Farrow as the President and CEO. Mr. Farrow brings 30 years of RLG experience, most recently serving as the Chief Operating Officer. During this extensive career, he has led implementations throughout North America and Western Europe. In 1995 he developed RLG’s TMP™ (Theoretical Maximum Performance) process that established RLG as the consultant of choice for on and offshore drilling improvement programs, as well as major plant overhauls, turnarounds and shutdowns. He lives in Calgary, Alberta, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Concordia University in Montreal and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University.

Mr. Farrow is replacing Keith Cross, who held the role of President for nine years and oversaw dramatic growth in the company and penetration into new global regions and industries. Mr. Cross will continue with RLG in a role of Managing Director with a focus on business development, senior client relationships and RLG leadership mentoring. He will also continue to pursue community charitable activities and serve on advisory boards
