RLG announces new board members

RLG International, a global performance consulting leader, today announced the appointment of two new external directors, Mr. Don Wilson, Managing Partner, MLT Lawyers (MacPherson Leslie & Tyerman LLP) in Regina, and Mr. Garry Mihaichuk, a senior executive from Calgary. RLG will benefit from the experience, knowledge and strategic thinking that Don and Garry bring to the leadership team.

Don Wilson:

Don was elected to RLG International’s Board of Directors in October of 2014. He has been Managing Partner of MacPherson Leslie & Tyerman of Regina, Saskatchewan since January 2002 and has acted as counsel for the formation, organization and operation of a number of government and industry sponsored projects in the mining, oil and gas, steel, commodity and heavy equipment industries. Don has served on public, private and not-for-profit boards recommending best practices for effective governance and oversight, efficient process, proper due diligence, regulatory compliance, and meeting reporting and disclosure requirements. In 1998, Don was appointed Queen’s Counsel and has been selected as one of the Best Lawyers in Canada annually since 2006.

Garry Mahaichuk:

Garry was elected to RLG International’s Board of Directors in October of 2014. Garry is a retired senior executive with over 40 years of experience building and developing global businesses in manufacturing, energy and infrastructure. Since 1984, Garry has utilized RLG International to enhance the performance and the leadership capabilities of his organizations, at Dome Petroleum, Amoco, TransCanada and Toromont Energy Systems. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Mechanical Engineering from Queen's University and he has completed post graduate studies at Harvard Business School, the University of Calgary and the University of Michigan.
