Application

After you find a position that interests you, please submit your resume on our Careers portal. We look for candidates who have the right skills and relevant experience that will add value to our team.

Candidate Review

Our Talent Acquisition team will review your application and contact candidates to learn more about their background, qualifications, skills and experiences. If you have not been selected for an interview, please don’t be discouraged; we encourage you to continue monitoring our open positions.

Interviews

Candidates selected for a first-round interview will meet a member of the RLG team on a virtual call. If successful, candidates will be invited to a second-round interview; depending on the position you’ve applied for, this may include a combination of case study presentations or behavioural questions.
