This enables us to drive consistency and best practices across sites, leveraging our shared experiences, while implementing our game-changing performance tools, all in alignment with the client’s larger performance strategy.

We are excited by the acceptance of our Project Excellence approach across North America. Developed for refinery turnarounds and offshore drilling rig overhaul projects, it has now been successfully proven in mine expansions, chemical plants and pipeline construction. Clients are increasingly calling on RLG to work alongside their project planning and execution teams to keep attention and action focused on performance.
