Our North American employees work with some of the continent’s largest and most reputable companies. Beginning in 1983 and continually since that date, RLG performance coaches have worked across Canada and the USA, in refineries and chemical plants, manufacturing factories, mills, mines, oil fields and corporate offices as trusted partners in implementing performance improvement strategies.

While the industries and client needs vary substantially, RLG is increasingly being deployed across multiple assets within a single client. This enables us to drive consistency and best practices across sites, leveraging our shared experiences, while implementing our game-changing performance tools, all in alignment with the client’s larger performance strategy.

In response to successful results in boosting safe productivity while reducing duration and cost, our work has expanded in industrial mega-projects, refinery and chemical plant turnarounds and shale formation drilling and completions.

We are excited by the acceptance of our Project Excellence^™ approach across North America. Developed for refinery turnarounds and offshore drilling rig overhaul projects, it has now been successfully proven in mine expansions, chemical plants and pipeline construction. Did you know…we got our start in underground coal mines in 1983. Recently, we completed a project with another miner where our teams worked alongside the client’s people 3600 feet (1100 meters) underground. We have implemented performance improvement projects with miners of gold, copper, diamond, uranium, coal, limestone and potash.
Building on a recent success in Australia, we are now working on a major pipeline construction project in North America. Our performance experts are working alongside the engineering and field construction crews to keep the project on track with safety, environment, production rate and quality.
