- Developed a focused set of metrics to aid in monitoring monitor performance on an on-going basis. This allowed gaps to be identified quickly and corrective actions taken.
- Implemented a rigorous Operating Rhythm, including a weekly business review and daily engineering team discipline “huddles” to review/forecast progress to plan, identify bottlenecks and take action.
- Established a scope challenge process to ensure design changes were effectively reviewed and agreed upon by the client. This improved the workflow, removed roadblocks and got everybody on the same page.
