Scott joined RLG in 1996 and has worked throughout Europe, the Middle East and Africa assisting clients improve their business performance. Scott has overseen improvement projects for more than 20 years in Capital Projects, routine maintenance, maintenance turnarounds and Operational Excellence in oil and gas upstream, refining and petrochemical assets, as well as LNG facilities. Scott and his family live in Edinburgh, Scotland. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta, qualifications in advanced Executive Coaching, Lean/Six Sigma, CAPM Project Management and SMRP Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional.
