Michael is from New Braunfels, Texas, USA. Prior to joining RLG, Michael worked in manufacturing in Latin America and speaks fluent Spanish and Portuguese. Michael joined RLG in 2007 and has led some of RLG’s largest and most successful client engagements in the Oil & Gas, Aerospace and Mining sectors in the USA and Australasia. His client partnerships have spanned Capital Projects, Turnarounds, Business Transformations, Maintenance, Operations, Drilling & HSE and include implementations with Chevron, BP, ConocoPhillips, Woodside, Transocean and American Airlines.
Michael and his family currently reside in Houston, Texas. Michael holds a BA in Psychology from Texas Christian University as well as a Juris Doctor and IMBA from the University of South Carolina.
