Gary Yesavage
Executive Advisory Council

Mr. Gary Yesavage joins RLG’s Executive Advisory Council with 42 years of experience in the oil and chemicals industries. He most recently served as the President of Chevron Global Manufacturing. For seven years, he led the company's seven refineries and managed a team of 5,200 employees. Chevron U.S. refineries have a total capacity of 1 million barrels per day. Non-U.S. refineries including Asian Joint Venture refineries account for another 1.2 million barrels per day.

Since 2012, RLG has worked with Mr. Yesavage in seven refineries. The nature of this work involved improving turnaround predictability, capital project execution, and plant reliability leading to higher Solomon quartile results. During this work, he showed his passion about boardwalks, visibility of front line contribution, results and accountability.
