Andrew Zakaluzny
Managing Partner
Andrew is a seasoned professional with a background in engineering and performance improvement. He earned two engineering degrees from the University of Calgary in Computer Engineering and Electrical Engineering. After starting his career in software consulting in the Energy Industry, he moved to project management at RLG in 2009.
In 2018, he founded Archipelago, a performance improvement consultancy, where he used evidence-based tools to help clients achieve performance excellence. In September of 2022, Archipelago was acquired by RLG International, and Andrew returned as a Managing Partner.
He has over 20 years of experience working with major companies such as ConocoPhillips, Chevron, and PetroChina on megaprojects in Australia, Singapore, and the Middle East. Andrew currently resides in Spain.
