ned2Mr. Ned Morse joins RLG’s EAC with 43 years consulting experience – most recently as Managing Director and Partner with Boston Consulting Group (BCG) where he was a national leader of their People and Organization Practice. His focus is on measurable performance gains through improved enterprise-wide organizational effectiveness. His focus starts with executive management and extends to their frontline operations. His most recent book, “SwitchPoints – Culture Change on the Fast Track to Business Success” chronicles the work he led working with the CEO and his team through to the train yards and maintenance depots of Canadian National Rail making it the best performing major railroad in North America. He has worked in over 86 industries – including coaching four successive CEOs and their teams over a 25 year period for a Fortune 20 corporation. Ned also lead BCG’s Social Impact practice in the Southeastern US, reflecting his ongoing support of leaders in educational, not-for-profit and global relief organizations.

Prior to joining BCG, Ned introduced RLG to several of our longest-served and largest clients and welcomes the chance to be active with us again.
