RLG International's Methodology Provides Effective Results

Akhmetzhan Yesimov, Chairman of the Board of Samruk-Kazyna FNB, paid a working visit to the Atyrau refinery. The head of the National Welfare Fund familiarized himself with the plant's production activities, the results of the planned repairs, the progress of the Tazalyq project and other auxiliary business projects of the company, and handed the keys to the new apartments to the young specialists of the plant.

The delegations of Samruk-Kazyna demonstrated the interim results of the Tazalyq project, which aims to rehabilitate the evaporation fields in the left-bank part of Atyrau and minimize the inevitable environmental burden from the activities of the ANP.

The head of the Fund also reviewed the results of the planned repairs. Recall, the planned and stop repair at 15 technological installations of the REFINER began on July 1, 2020. Repairs during the period of quarantine measures and reduced transport load allow to carry out work almost without compromising the consumers of ANP's products.

Special attention was paid during the visit to the "Perfect Manufacturing" project, which ANPZ has been implementing since January 2019 in conjunction with RLG International on the initiative of KazMunayGaz. The project aims to increase the operational efficiency of the production of petroleum products in accordance with the best world practices.

Further, A. Yesimov was presented with an approved project with KazMunayGaz to select, train, train and develop Bilim personnel. The project covers the entire field of personnel management at the plant - from electronic recruitment to continuous training of working staff.

During the visit, Akhmetzhan Yesimov handed over the keys to the new apartments to 8 prospective employees of the ANP. In total, as part of the housing program operating at the plant, 100 employees of the ANP will become newcomers to the Victory Park LCD.
