Keith
Cross — Managing Director & President |

Keith joined RLG in 1985 and began his work in implementation and performance coaching in the forest industry. Keith has been instrumental in a variety of initiatives including the development of RLG personnel and worldwide growth, leading RLG’s expansion in the forest industry, as well as global expansion into the Southern Hemisphere, including Chile, Australia and New Zealand. Additionally, he spearheaded the vision for RLG’s MORE Model®, a performance assessment tool, and RLG’s Profit Driver Tree (PDT®). In 2006 Keith assumed the role of President of RLG. Today as a Managing Director and President, Keith works on a variety of initiatives including multi-project implementations, business development and worldwide client relationships.
Keith received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia in 1977, and completed his MBA from the Odette School of Business at the University of Windsor in 1981. Keith and his wife currently reside in North Vancouver, British Columbia. They have three children.

Ken
Fawcett — Managing Director |

Ken joined RLG in 1985. In 2002 Ken’s partners asked him to serve as President, a role he performed until 2006. He has led a corporate restructuring that resulted in cost reduction, margin improvement and strengthened alignment throughout the company. His business development activities resulted in another new industry – nuclear power. RLG received recognition as a winner of Canada’s 50 Best Managed Companies program in 2000, and re-qualified for the award in 2001 and 2002. Ken was Managing Director with significant Canadian responsibilities during the period leading up to that award.
Ken received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Saskatchewan, a Bachelor of Education degree from the University of Regina and his MBA from the University of Western Ontario. Ken and his wife live in Regina, Saskatchewan and have three children.

Brad
Farrow — Managing Director |

Since 1985, Brad Farrow has led implementations for clients throughout North America and Western Europe. He introduced RLG’s TMP® process (Theoretical Maximum Performance) to the drilling industry in 1996 and has helped to establish RLG as the consultant of choice for offshore performance coaching. Brad spent six years leading RLG’s European Operations from Scotland. His current role as a Managing Director includes overseeing the European Operations and directing RLG’s international and offshore oil and gas portfolio. Additionally, he is a director of Technical Limit Services Ltd., a performance coaching organization specializing in offshore drilling operations.
Brad holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Concordia University in Montreal and an MBA from the University of Western Ontario. Brad and his wife, together with their children, live in Calgary, Alberta.

Rick
Mazur — Managing Director |

As an RLG performance coach in the petroleum industry, Rick developed the implementation FAIR Model® now widely used among RLG’s clients. Today, Rick provides executive coaching and has led performance improvement implementations with major North American corporations in the aerospace, energy, mining and manufacturing sectors. As Managing Director, he has been instrumental in growing RLG from four individuals to a firm exceeding 100 professionals. Prior to joining RLG in 1984, Rick spent 10 years in the correctional field where he pioneered community programs documented in correctional-based textbooks. In 1982, he acquired his MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
Rick serves on two Boards: Outlook Energy and Brookside Retirement Homes, and is a Board Trustee for the Bethany Care Society. Rick and his wife have been married for 30 years and have four children

Dave Helewka

Dave began his career with RLG in early 1999 after 20 years in the practice of public accounting. He assumed responsibility for the management of RLG’s finance and administration while being actively involved in the strategic and business planning processes. Dave relies on his background in international tax to plan and execute strategies enabling RLG to conduct business and relocate its project managers to client sites around the world. While leading RLG’s Global Support, Dave experienced an RLG project implementation first-hand. Working with an RLG coach, Global Support led performance improvement initiatives that continue to have a significant impact on the bottom-line.
Dave received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan prior to qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in 1985. Dave, his wife and two sons reside in Burnaby, British Columbia.

Taylor Davis

Taylor joined RLG in 1995 as part of RLG’s growth in the southern US. Since then, he has led some of RLG’s largest team performance improvement implementations: Williams Gas Pipelines, BP Alaska, and Bell Helicopter. Coaching senior leaders through complex business and cultural improvement initiatives is the most exciting job in business today to Taylor. He also facilitates executive sessions and offsites throughout the US and UK with RLG’s clients.
Taylor went to Texas Christian University for Business Management studies and then the University of Miami for a Finance MBA. Taylor, his wife and their son reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Dino Finocchio

Since joining RLG in 1990, Dino continues to be excited about partnering with clients to improve their bottom-line results through solving problems, helping leaders understand where they need to be, and applying theory to real life to make change happen. Dino has led performance improvement initiatives in various industries: high tech, information technology, utilities, manufacturing, transportation and forestry. In addition to his work with clients, Dino has been instrumental in influencing the evolution of RLG’s methodologies and management/leadership products and systems.
Dino received his Bachelor of Psychology degree and MBA from the University of Calgary. Dino, his wife and two sons reside in British Columbia’s Okanagan Valley.

Dave Godfrey

Since joining RLG in 1997, Dave has managed performance improvement implementations throughout the US, Canada and South America, including projects in communications, oil and gas, mining and forest products. Prior to RLG, Dave was President of Productivity System Group in Salt Lake City, Utah. He implemented 37 projects that included work with Plum Creek’s MDF, Arden, Ksanka, Columbia Falls Plywood and Evergreen Sawmill operations. He was Vice President of Organizational Development for Arrowsmith Technologies in Austin, Texas and was Senior Director of Organization and Management Development for PepsiCo, Inc.
Dave has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Finance and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Behaviour from the J. Willard Marriott Graduate School of Management, Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. Dave and his wife have four children.

Rob Gulbronson

Rob has been with RLG since 1995, developing his experience and leading performance improvement initiatives in a variety of industries in Canada and the US, including pulp and paper, marine transportation, natural gas distribution, sales and service, printing and forestry.
Rob holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. An avid golfer and youth basketball coach, Rob lives in Toronto with his wife and their three active boys.

Rick Heyland

Driven by his passion for coaching clients on how to achieve peak performance both personally and corporately, Rick has been with RLG leading performance improvement implementations since 1989. Rick’s major accomplishments include fuelling growth at RLG by establishing new markets in Australia and South America, and by breaking into new industries such as aerospace. To improve client satisfaction for a diverse and sophisticated client base, Rick was instrumental in developing RLG’s leadership and management tools.
Rick earned his MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario in 1989. He regularly participates in marathons and triathlons. He and his wife have six children and live in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Roger Laing

Roger has been with RLG since 1988 managing performance improvement initiatives in a variety of industries across Canada, the US and Europe, including oil and gas, health care, transportation, printing, publishing and the public sector. Prior to his current role in European and International Operations, Roger led the US operating division of RLG. Roger is also a director of Technical Limit Services Ltd., a performance coaching organization specializing in offshore drilling operations.
Roger holds a Bachelor of Religious Education and a Master of Arts in New Testament from Providential Theological Seminary. Roger and his family have recently returned to Canada following a five-year assignment in Aberdeen, Scotland. Roger continues to support the European Operations and our east coast oil and gas clients as well as developing the RLG presence in Calgary, Alberta.

Scott McKenzie

Prior to leading European Operations in 2005, Scott worked in the United Kingdom, Norway, and Denmark assisting clients through performance improvement implementations. Since joining RLG in 1986, he has worked across various companies concentrated in the oil and gas industry. Scott helped pioneer the application of RLG’s TMP® (Theoretical Maximum Performance) process within that industry in both drilling and production operations, and supported the development of a coaching program for clients. Scott’s particular interest is accelerating change through personalized leadership coaching and creating organizations that learn.
Scott has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta. Scott and his wife live with their son in Aberdeen, Scotland.

Mike Morgan

Mike began his career with RLG in 1990, developing his experience in the supervision and execution of performance improvement implementations within the gas and electric utilities, forest products, aerospace, oil and gas, and transportation industries throughout North America. Mike took on a senior leadership role in 1995, managing the growth of RLG’s work in Chile for two years. He has been recognized within RLG for the development of supervisory best practices as well as expanding training and development in project quality processes.
Mike has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada and a Law Degree from the University of Saskatchewan. Mike, his wife and their two children recently returned to Seattle, Washington after leading an implementation with the senior health, safety and environmental team of a large oil and gas company in England.

Jim Vincent

Since joining RLG in 1984, Jim has led performance improvement implementations across an array of business sectors in Canada. His passion for partnering with people to improve their performance came from a background as a sports coach and as a small business owner. This background laid the foundation for helping clients ensure significant bottom-line results. Jim has shared responsibility for the development of a number of RLG’s business assessment tools, such as the MORE Model® (Maximum Operating Results and Earnings) and Information Mapping, that help clients understand their current performance levels and the size of the opportunity available to them if they engage in improvement initiatives.
Jim holds two Masters degrees, including an MBA from the University of British Columbia. Jim and his wife have two children and live in Oakville, Ontario.

Ana Ximenes

Ana’s career in organizational transformation started in the early 1990s when she was part of a continuous improvement program for Amoco. Ana met RLG while working on this project and together they were able to transform the business unit both culturally and financially. RLG’s focus of connecting the front-line to the bottom-line and its implementation approach motivated Ana to join RLG in 1995. Her strong focus on emphasizing business acumen across all levels has generated significant dollar savings and cultural change in the companies she has coached.
Ana earned her Bachelor of Arts degree jointly from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri and Richmond College in London, England. She also received her Jurist Doctorate jointly from the University of New Mexico and Exeter School of Law in Exeter, England. Ana and her husband currently reside in Castle Rock, Colorado.
