Michael Doherty Client: American Airlines, Door Shop and Structures Shop Michael joined RLG in December 2007 and began working with American Airlines at their Maintenance and Engineering facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Prior to working with RLG, he was a Manager for a manufacturing and export services company in Mexico and later as a Project Manager with the Brazilian Small Business Administration where he became fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese. He did his undergraduate work at Texas Christian University where he studied psychology. He received an International MBA from the Moore School of Business and JD from the University of South Carolina School of Law. Michael and his wife Lauren reside in Tulsa. |

Jay Hammerquist Client: Norbord, TMP® Project Jay has been with RLG for 14 years, working in industries ranging from oil and gas, forestry, manufacturing, and defense. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics from South Dakota State University and an MBA in Finance from the University of North Carolina. Prior to RLG, Jay was an Operations Managers for Citicorp. His hobbies include fly fishing, teaching tennis to his daughters, running, and mountain camping. Jay, his wife Theresa, and their three girls, live in the beautiful Black Hills of South Dakota. |

Bob Van Hees Client: American Airlines, GE Engine Shop Bob joined RLG in 2008 as part of RLG's Aerospace/Defense Group, and is presently assigned with American Airlines Maintenance and Engineering. He facilitates Turning Loose®, implements FAIR®, TMP®, and Coaching for Results®. Prior to joining RLG, Bob had a successful career with the US Navy, traveling quite extensively in a variety of assignments. Bob attended the University of Maryland for his BS in Information Systems Management and received his MBA from Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia. Bob and his wife Lourdes currently live in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area. |
