It is with great pleasure that we announce the appointment of Jerry Weisenfelder as President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective June 1, 2021.

Over the past year, Jerry has served as our Chief Operating Officer (COO) from our headquarters in Vancouver, Canada and has been instrumental in seeing our business and our people through the extreme challenges faced during the pandemic. Jerry has been with RLG since 2004 and prior to becoming COO in April 2020, he was based in Aberdeen Scotland and served RLG as EVP over Europe, Asia, and Middle East Operations. Before that Jerry was the Business Unit Leader based in Anchorage, USA overseeing operations in Alaska. Jerry holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University.

We also want to extend our immense gratitude and appreciation to Brad Farrow, our retiring President and CEO. Since joining RLG in 1985, Brad has been a dynamic force in our growth from a small Western Canadian firm to a global operation. As President and CEO since 2015, Brad led RLG with a warm and caring style which emphasized high quality results so that every client could tell of their own step-change journey. Brad is retiring from active operations on June 1, 2021, after which he will continue to serve as a member of the Board of Directors.

We are excited to welcome Jerry into his new role and know that his collaborative leadership style, passion for people, and drive for results will serve him well in leading RLG and supporting our clients.
