Cezary Goch Appointed Manager, Project Controls

Cezary Goch - Manager Project ControlsWe are pleased to announce the appointment of Cezary Goch as Manager, Project Controls. This promotion comes as a result of his expert analysis and project execution first as a project manager and team lead, and then as RLG’s TMP Champion, Turnaround Specialist and SME (Subject Matter Expert) within our Capability and Development Team. For over ten years, in 46 turnaround events, Cezary has gained the confidence and trust of our clients in delivering powerful insights and measurable results.

In this new role, Cezary will lead RLG’s work in Project Controls. This highly experienced project controls group will provide clients with world-class best practices and horsepower in:

  • TA (Turnaround) and project process development
  • Project controls tools and templates
  • KPIs and reporting that will enhance existing scope identification, Plan-to-Plan tasks, schedule development, cost & duration estimation
  • Execution monitoring and management

With new and existing clients, Cezary will leverage his considerable turnaround and capital project experience to design solutions and oversee a talented Project Controls team, including Planners, Schedulers, and other crafts to assist throughout the entire project life cycle.

Cezary has extensive knowledge and experience for implementing performance improvement initiatives across the entire refining value stream. He has worked in and led successful projects for leading global companies worldwide (Canada, U.S., UK, Russia, Singapore, Netherlands, Slovakia, Sweden, Ukraine, Australia). Among his successes, Cezary and his team moved two refineries from 4th to 2nd Solomon quartile. Out of 46 TAs, 38 were finished on or ahead of time and all of them with improved budget. Clients’ savings amounted to well over $150MM.

Cezary has a BSc in Technical and Economic Information from PSIAK College, Warsaw, Poland and Associate Degree in Intercultural Communication from the University of Phoenix. He is fluent in English, Polish and Russian. Cezary and his wife, Homeira currently reside in California.
