We are pleased to announce the appointment of Rick Heyland as Executive Vice President, Global Client Solutions. Rick joined RLG in 1989 and is driven by his passion for continuous improvement in coaching clients to achieve peak performance both individually and collectively. Over the course of his 30 years with RLG, he has taken on positions of increasing responsibility as a result of his significant accomplishments and contributions to RLG’s growth. Rick will lead RLG’s global business and client development, focusing on the quality of our world-wide client and partner relationships and services.

Rick is a driving force in the social media arena where learnings and best practices in personal and professional Continuous Improvement are shared: Podbean, LinkedIn, Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts

Rick and his wife Cheryl have six children and thirteen grandchildren and live in Salt Lake City, Utah. He earned his MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University.
