The RLG American Airlines Team is proud to be a finalist with The Business Transformation and Operational Excellence Industry Awards in the following categories:

1.  Best Achievement of Operational Excellence in Manufacturing,
2.  Best Achievement in Cultural Transformation and Sustainability, and
3.  Best Achievement of Operational Excellence in Hospitality & Construction.

The awards were established to showcase outstanding organizational achievements through the application of Operational Excellence programs and to demonstrate to global businesses tangible results through successful implementation of Operational Excellence.

Leading the way for a system-wide performance change, American Airline’s Line Maintenance group initiated an Operational Excellence project at their three largest hubs (Dallas/Fort Worth, Miami and Chicago).  American has been a great partner and together with RLG there is a balanced approach of Leadership Development, Operating Rhythm™ and Structured Performance Improvement.  Performance for 2017 was at an all-time high for all three stations.
