Keith Cross
Managing Director and President
Keith joined RLG in 1985 and was appointed President in 2006. He has led implementations in North and South America, Europe and Australasia. He has been instrumental in developing RLG executive personnel and providing the vision for RLG's MORE Model® and P.D.T. Keith's community activities include serving on the advisory boards of the Sauder School of Business, University of British Columbia; the Faculty of Business, Simon Fraser University; and the Chairman's Circle, Royal Columbian Hospital. Keith received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia and completed his MBA from the Odette School of Business at the University of Windsor. Keith and Heather live on Vancouver's North Shore and have three children.

Brad Farrow
Managing Director
Brad joined RLG in 1985 and has led implementations throughout North America and Western Europe. In 1995 he developed RLG's TMP® (Theoretical Maximum Performance) process that established RLG as the consultant of choice for on and offshore drilling improvement programs, as well as major plant overhauls, turnarounds and shutdowns. As a Managing Director, he oversees European Operations and RLG's international oil and gas portfolio.
Brad holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Concordia University in Montreal and acquired his MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario. Brad is an avid skier, jogs (almost regularly) and teaches judo to adults and youth once a week. He and his wife Laurel have two children and live in Calgary, Alberta.

Ken Fawcett
Managing Director
Ken joined RLG in 1985. While President he led a corporate restructuring that resulted in cost reduction, margin improvement and strengthened alignment. As Managing Director with significant Canadian responsibilities, RLG received recognition as a winner of Canada's 50 Best Managed Companies program in 2000, and re-qualified in 2001 and 2002. In 2006 and 2007, RLG once again was awarded the Canada's 50 Best designation. Ken holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Bachelor of Education degree. He acquired his MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario. Ken and his wife Judy live in Regina, Saskatchewan and have three children.

Rick Mazur
Managing Director
Rick joined RLG in 1984 and began as a performance coach in the petroleum industry where he developed the FAIR Model® (Focus, Accountability, Involvement, Response). During his past 25 years with RLG, Rick has been active in the Oil & Gas, Pipeline, Mining, and Manufacturing Industries. For the past 10 years, he has been responsible for growing and developing the Aerospace and Shipbuilding sector within RLG. Rick is one of four Managing Directors and has been instrumental in growing RLG from four individuals to a firm exceeding 160 professionals. He acquired his MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario. Among Rick's community activities is his role as Board member the Transitions Foundation for the Disabled in Guatemala. Rick and Marlene, married for 34 years, have four children.

Dave Helewka
Dave joined RLG in 1999 assuming responsibility for the management of RLG's finance and administration while being actively involved in the strategic and business planning processes. While leading Global Support Dave experienced an RLG implementation first hand. Working with an RLG coach Global Support led improvement initiatives which continue to have a significant impact on performance and the bottom line at RLG. Dave received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan prior to qualifying as a Chartered Accountant. Dave, his wife Allison, and two sons reside in Burnaby, British Columbia.

Taylor Davis
Taylor joined RLG in 1995 as part of RLG's expansion to the US. For the past 14 years he has led some of RLG's largest team projects: Williams Gas Pipelines, BP Alaska, Bell Helicopter and now American Airlines. He coaches senior executives, facilitates Turning Loose®, implements, F.A.I.R®, T.M.P. ® and Coaching for Results®. In 2008, Taylor partnering with American Airlines Executives and Senior RLG consultants was a key designer of the new manufacturing engagement model being used today across the aerospace industry, Operating Rhythm. Taylor went to Texas Christian University (BBA) and the University of Miami, Florida for a Finance MBA. Taylor, Sally and their son Trevor live in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas.

Dino Finocchio
In 1989 Dino left the safety industry to join RLG and has remained passionate about partnering with clients to improve their bottom line results through helping leaders grow their skills, applying theory to real life to make change happen and problem solving. He has partnered with clients in a variety of industries including forestry, energy, manufacturing, and oil and gas. Dino is currently responsible for the continuous development of our people to deliver world class results in partnership with our clients as well as supporting the evolution of RLG's methodologies and business models. Dino has a Bachelor of Psychology and an MBA from the University of Calgary. Dino, his wife Patrice, and two sons reside in British Columbia's Okanagan Valley.

Rob Gulbronson
Rob joined RLG in 1995 and has partnered with clients to achieve bottom line results and culture change across a variety of industries in Canada, the United States and Europe. He has helped many organizations "Connect the Front-line to the Bottom Line" through strong front-line engagement and a disciplined approached to business decision making. Rob has implemented continuous improvement initiatives in pulp and paper, marine transportation, natural gas distribution, sales and service, printing, forestry, power generation and most recently manufacturing and aerospace. Rob was a recipient of RLG's Best of the Best in 2002. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. Rob lives in Toronto, Ontario with his wife Caroline and their three boys.

Rick Heyland
Rick joined RLG in 1989 and is driven by his passion for coaching clients to achieve peak performance both personally and corporately. Rick's major accomplishments include fuelling growth at RLG by establishing new markets in Australia and South America, and by breaking into new industries such as aerospace. Currently Rick is leading our oil and gas growth in North and South America. Rick was instrumental in developing RLG's leadership and management tools. He earned his MBA from the University of Western Ontario (IVEY). Rick and his wife Cheryl have six children and live in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Roger Laing
Roger joined RLG in 1994 and has worked in a variety of industries across Canada, the US and Europe, including oil and gas, health care, transportation, printing, publishing and the public sector. Roger has led the US and European operating divisions of RLG. He is a director of Technical Limit Services Ltd., a performance coaching organization specializing in offshore drilling operations. Roger holds a Bachelor of Religious Education and a Master of Arts in New Testament from Providential Theological Seminary. Roger and his wife Carol have three children and reside in Calgary, Alberta.

Scott McKenzie
Scott joined RLG in 1996 and has worked in the United Kingdom, Norway, and Denmark assisting clients improve their business through their people. Scott helped pioneer the application of RLG's TMP® process in both drilling and production operations, and supporting the development of a coaching program for clients. His particular interest is accelerating change through personalized leadership coaching and creating organizations that learn. Scott and his wife Fran live with their son in Aberdeen, Scotland.

Mike Morgan
Mike joined RLG in 1990 and has 19 years of experience in the supervision and implementation of performance improvement projects within the gas and electric utilities, forest products, aerospace, oil and gas, and transportation industries. He has worked in North America, Chile, England, and most recently Russia, where he currently leads RLG's work in the oil and gas industry in this newest of global focus areas. Mike has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada and a Law Degree from the University of Saskatchewan. Mike, his wife Michelle and their two children reside in Seattle, Washington.

Paul Rosenberg
Paul joined RLG in 1994 after extensive work in executive training, international marketing, and business conferences as a manager. He has since worked in the forestry, manufacturing, aerospace, and defense industries. His commitment to tangible return on investment and client engagement has driven success for his clients in South America, the UK, and the US. He is currently BUL for the Northrup Grumman project and manages a team on both US coasts. Paul received his BA in Sociology/Mass Communications from the University of Denver, as well as an MBA from California Lutheran University. Paul and his wife Mauge have one daughter and reside in Newport News, Virginia.

Jim Vincent
Jim joined RLG in 1984 and has implemented and led continuous improvement initiatives across an array of business sectors in Canada and the United States. His passion for partnering with people ensures significant bottom line results. Jim has been responsible for the development of RLG's business assessment tools, MORE Model® (Maximum Operating Results and Earnings) and Information Mapping, which show clients the size of the opportunity available to them if they engage in improvement initiatives. Jim holds two Masters degrees, including an MBA from the University of British Columbia. Jim and his wife Debbie have two children and reside in Oakville, Ontario.

Jerry Weisenfelder
Jerry joined RLG in 2004, he is the Business Unit Leader for RLG International in Anchorage, Alaska. Jerry earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and began his career as a Process Engineer in Houston, Texas. Prior to joining RLG he has held positions as Operations Manager and COO for a general contracting and engineering firms. Jerry has a passion for achieving operational excellence through leadership, flawless execution and cultural transformation. He is committed to coaching leaders to engage their workforce and develop relationships that are built on trust and respect in order to achieve extraordinary results. Jerry and his wife Connie have two children; Nicole and Austin.

Ana Ximenes
Ana joined RLG in 1995 motivated by RLG's focus on connecting the front line to the bottom line. Her strong focus on emphasizing business acumen across all levels has generated significant dollar savings and cultural change in the companies she has coached. Ana earned her Bachelor of Arts degree jointly from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri and Richmond College in London, England. She also received her Jurist Doctorate jointly from the University of New Mexico and Exeter School of Law in Exeter, England. Ana and her husband Steve Baroch currently reside in Castle Rock, Colorado. Ana is a Rotarian and also on the National Board of Directors for Spina Bifida.
