Managing Director and President
Keith joined RLG in 1985 and was appointed President in 2006. He has led implementations in North and South America, Europe and Australasia. He has been instrumental in developing RLG executive personnel and providing the vision for RLG's MORE™ Model. Keith's community activities include serving on the advisory boards of the Sauder School of Business, University of British Columbia; the Faculty of Business, Simon Fraser University; and the Chairman's Circle, Royal Columbian Hospital. Keith and his wife Heather live on Vancouver's North Shore and have three children. Keith received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia and his MBA from the Odette School of Business at the University of Windsor.
Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer
Brad joined RLG in 1985 and has led implementations throughout North America and Western Europe. In 1995 he developed RLG's TMP™ (Theoretical Maximum Performance) process that established RLG as the consultant of choice for on and offshore drilling improvement programs, as well as major plant overhauls, turnarounds and shutdowns. In 2011, Brad was appointed COO and oversees RLG's international portfolio. Brad is an avid skier, jogs (almost regularly) and teaches judo to adults and youth once a week. He and his wife Laurel have two children and live in Calgary, Alberta. Brad holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Concordia University in Montreal and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University.
MP and EVP of Global Business Development
Rick joined RLG in 1989. Driven by his passion for coaching clients to achieve peak performance both individually and collectively within their organiza- tions, Rick has contributed to RLG's growth over the past 24 years. Among Rick's major accomplishments are the establishment of three new business units: Aerospace in 2000, Alaska in 2003, and Offshore Oil and Gas in 2009. He was also influential in developing RLG's leadership and management tools. Rick directly oversees our oil and gas work in the US and our client business development worldwide. Rick and his wife Cheryl have six children and five grandchildren and live in Salt Lake City, Utah. Rick earned his MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University
EVP of Capability and Development
Mike joined RLG in 1990 and has 19 years of experience in the supervision and implementation of performance improvement projects within the gas and electric utilities, forest products, aerospace, oil and gas, and transportation industries. He has worked in North America, Chile, England, and most recently Russia, where he currently leads RLG's work in the oil and gas industry in this newest of global focus areas. Mike has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada and a Law Degree from the University of Saskatchewan. Mike, his wife Michelle and their two children reside in Seattle, Washington.
Regional EVP, Europe and Russia
Jerry joined RLG in 2004 and is committed to helping organizations achieve results through practical performance management and the engagement of people. For the past two years he has led the growth of the Russian Business Unit. Prior to taking over the Russian Operations, he led the operations for the Alaska Business Unit. He also led the initial projects that resulted in the creation of the Australian Business Unit. Jerry and his wife Connie reside in Aberdeen, Scotland and have two children. Jerry earned his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and started his career as a process engineer in Houston, Texas.
Ana joined in 1996, motivated by RLG's focus of connecting the front line to the bottom line. She has led our initiatives within RLG Defense and aerospace. Ana is a Rotarian and the National Board Chair Elect for Spina Bifida. Ana and her husband Steve currently reside in Castle Rock, Colorado. Ana earned her Bachelor of Arts degree jointly from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri and Richmond College in London, England. She also received her Jurist Doctorate jointly from the University of New Mexico and Exeter School of Law in Exeter, England.
VP/Business Unit Leader, Australia-Asia Operations
Taylor joined RLG in 1995 as part of RLG's expansion to the US and led some of RLG's largest team projects: Williams Gas Pipelines, BP Alaska, Bell Helicopter, American Airlines and ConocoPhillips. For five years, Taylor led RLG's US Aerospace Business Unit out of Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. He has 17 years experience coaching senior executives, facilitates Turning Loose, implements FAIR™ (Focus, Accountability, Involvement, Response), TMP™, and is one of our Coaching with an Edge trainers. Taylor and his wife Sally live in Perth, Australia. They have one son. Taylor holds business degrees from Texas Christian University and the University of Miami, Florida, and an Executive Coaching accreditation from the London School of Coaching.
VP/Business Unit Leader, US Operations
Kirk joined RLG in 2006 and became a Business Unit Leader of the Alaska oil and gas group in 2011. He has led assessments in Alaska, Algeria, and Australia and supported implementations in Alaska and Norway. Prior to RLG, Kirk served as an Army Officer in Germany, Kosovo, and Iraq. Today, Kirk and his wife Lindsay enjoy Anchorage, Alaska with their three children. Kirk received his Bachelor's degree from Lehigh University and his International-MBA (Spanish) from the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina.
Vice President & Business Unit Leader
Rob joined RLG in 1995 and has since implemented and supervised work in a variety of industries in Canada, the US and Europe, including pulp and paper, marine transportation, natural gas distribution, sales and service, printing and forestry. He currently oversees all of our work in the mining sector. Rob's passion is helping clients develop a systematic approach to their business that leads to long term repeatable results. An avid golfer and youth basketball coach, Rob lives in Toronto, Ontario with his wife Caroline, and their three active sons. Rob holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University.
Chief Financial Officer
Dave joined RLG in 1999 assuming responsibility for the management of RLG's finance and administration while being actively involved in the company's strategic and business planning processes. While leading the RLG Global Support Team Dave experienced an RLG implementation first hand. Working with an RLG coach, the Global Support Team led improvement initiatives which continue to have a significant impact on performance and the bottom line at RLG. Dave, his wife Alison, and two sons reside in Burnaby, British Columbia. Dave received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan prior to receiving his designation as a Chartered Accountant.
VP/Business Unit Leader, Canadian Operations
Roger joined RLG in 1988 and has since worked in a variety of industries across Canada, the US and Europe, including oil and gas, health care, transportation, printing, publishing and the public sector. Roger has led the US and European operating divisions of RLG. He is a director of Technical Limit Services Ltd., a performance coaching organization specializing in offshore drilling operations. Roger and his wife Carol have three children and reside in Calgary, Alberta. Roger holds a Bachelor of Religious Education and a Master of Arts in New Testament from Providential Theological Seminary.
VP/Business Unit Leader, European Operations
Scott joined RLG in 1996 and has worked in the United Kingdom, Norway, and Denmark assisting clients improve their business through their people. Scott helped pioneer the application of RLG's TMP™ process in both drilling and production operations, and supporting the development of a coaching program for clients. He now oversees our European Business Unit involving several multinational oil and gas clients. Scott, his wife Fran, and their son live in Edinburgh, Scotland. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
VP/Business Unit Leader, US Operations
Bill joined RLG in 1995 and has worked in the oil and gas industry for over 26 years; both on and off-shore. He has coached and led implementations throughout the world, including the US, Canada, Brazil, the UK, Africa, Asia, and Australia. He is a founding member of the non-profit organization Christianson Syndrome Association (CSA). Bill and his wife Debbie have three children and live in Cypress, Texas. Bill earned his Business Degree from the University of Calgary and also holds a Project Management Professional Certification.
VP/Business Unit Leader, Capital Projects
Chris joined RLG in 1996 and has worked in the oil and gas (upstream and downstream), manufacturing, forestry, and health care industries. He now leads our capital projects work internationally. Chris developed RLG's Project Excellence (Px) model for the delivery of Planning, Optimization and Execution for capital projects. Chris has lived and worked in Canada, Scotland and now the USA with RLG. Chris has indomitable energy and has been a volunteer youth leader over the past 25 years. Chris and his wife Jeni have five children and live in Chicago, Illinois. Chris earned his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees from Brigham Young University.
VP/Business Unit Leader, Russian Operations
Andre joined RLG in 2006 and believes leaders who help their people realize their potential, brings an organization to a totally new level of high performance. He has implemented and led performance improvement projects within the oil and gas industry in the USA and Russia, including oil and gas production, refining technology and operations, and drilling. He currently oversees the Russian Business Unit involving several oil and gas clients. Andre and his wife Julia currently reside in Toronto, Canada. Andre holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bauman Moscow State Technical University and an Enterprise Crisis Management diploma from the International Banking Institute, St. Petersburg, Russia.
Vice President, Canadian Operations
Jim joined RLG in 1984 and has since implemented and supervised continuous improvement initiatives across an array of business sectors in Canada. His passion for partnering with people ensures significant bottom line results. Jim has been responsible for the development of RLG's business assessment tools, MORE™ Model (Maximum Operating Results and Earnings) and Information Mapping, which show clients the size of the opportunity available to them if they engage in improve- ment initiatives. Jim and his wife Debbie have two children and reside in Oakville, Ontario. Jim holds two Master's degrees, including an MBA from the University of British Columbia.
After 27 years with RLG, Rick left full-time operations in 2011. He was initially involved in the start-up of RLG and became a Partner and Managing Director of the company in 1988. Rick was responsible for the development of RLG's FAIR™ Model, and Operating Rhythm™ and RLG's initial growth into the USA. Today, Rick continues as the Chairman of RLG's Board of Directors and chairs the Compensation and Audit committees. Rick is now involved in a number of pursuits with a strong passion for philanthropy and travel. Rick and his wife Marlene, married for 38 years, have four children and maintain their principal residence in Cochrane, Alberta. Rick acquired his MBA in 1984 from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University.
