The minimum qualifications for RLG project managers include:

• At least 7 years of full-time work experience
• MBA or an advanced degree in a related field preferred
• Well-developed people and communication skills
• Desire to make a significant difference with and through people
• Success in the shop floor environment
• Technical or engineering background an asset
• Previous consulting, project management or coaching experience is an asset
• Above average computer literacy skills
• Ability to relocate to client sites every 18 to 24 months
